The builder Baldasare Forestiere was an immigrant from Sicily. From 1906 to 1946 he built the complex in the Mediterranean style of his home. The Underground Garden has three floors with different sized rooms, caves and inner courtyards, all of which are built of sandstone. Many flowers and citrus trees have been planted and spread their fragrances and color splendor during the flowering period. An interesting contrast with the beige and red background of the masonry. Visits are only possible in the context of guided tours, starting at the full hour. In summer, the park is open longer, so there are more dates than in spring or autumn.
