(KSEE/KGPE) – A man who allegedly sexually assaulted a teenager after seducing her with drugs has been arrested at his Fresno home, according A 23-year-old man from Fresno, Josue Patino, has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenager after seducing her with drugs. Police allege that Patino illegally distributed marijuana and MDMA, also known as Molly, to minors at Wahington Academic Middle School. Patino was arrested on suspicion of multiple felonies related to assault, drug distribution and endangering minors. SANGER, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man who allegedly sexually assaulted a teenager after seducing her with drugs has been arrested at his Fresno home, according to Sanger police.
Police say they responded last week to a report about a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl after seducing her with promises of drugs.
Detectives say after an extensive investigation, they executed a search warrant at a home in Fresno and arrested 23-year-old Josue Patino.
Investigators allege Patino illegally distributed substances identified as marijuana and MDMA, also known as Molly, to minors at Wahington Academic Middle School.
Officers say Patino was arrested on suspicion of multiple felonies related to assault, drug distribution and endangering minors.
