The Fresno County Sheriff's Office wants to remind everyone: be careful who you invite to your parties.

This comes after Fresno County Sheriff John Zanoni said new developments emerged from a Cold Case.

Back on October 29, 2022, deputies received a call for a shooting at a Halloween party.

A fight broke out, and authorities reported shots were reported at the 8000 block of E. Hedges Ave.

19-year-old Angel Zuniga was shot and died on the scene.

Zuniga would have turned 21 years old last week.

Before deputies arrived, they said the majority of the 200 people at the party had left.

Zanoni says new information has come forward since the office posted this warning four days ago.

As of right now, Zanoni says detectives can not release the new information but it is closer to closing the case.

FCSO says it still asks those who attended the party to come forward with any information they know.

This story will be updated.
